Frequently Asked Questions
What is CBM and how is it calculated?
CBM means cubic meters. Convert length, width and height to meters, multiply them, then multiply by the number of identical packages.
What is dimensional weight?
Dimensional weight represents the space a parcel occupies. Multiply its dimensions in centimeters and divide by the divisor agreed with your carrier and service.
How do I calculate chargeable weight?
Compare total actual weight with total dimensional weight. The larger is the planning chargeable weight; carrier rounding and minimums may differ.
How many boxes fit in a container?
The container calculator tests six uniform rectangular orientations and applies an optional payload limit. Door access, bracing and loading constraints require separate confirmation.
What units can I use?
Use mm, cm, m, inches or feet for dimensions, and grams, kilograms, metric tonnes, ounces or pounds for weight. Volume conversion includes cubic meters, cubic feet and liters.
